What you make is yours. The rest is common sense.
Plain language first, with the full document one toggle away — because your data protection officer needs that version and you don't.
What you're agreeing to
By using Puzzel.org you agree to use it lawfully, not to break it for other people, and not to reverse-engineer it. That is genuinely most of it.
Your content stays yours
Word lists, images, whole activities: yours. We get only the licence needed to host and display them so the platform works — and nothing happens with your content outside that scope without your explicit consent.
Paying and cancelling
Fees are communicated clearly before you pay. Payments keep your subscription privileges active, and your account is yours to close at any time.
When we may step in
Accounts can be suspended or terminated for violating these terms or for harming the service and its users. In practice, a conversation comes first.
The fine print
No liability for indirect damages, direct liability capped at what you paid in the past 12 months, Dutch law governs, and significant changes are announced with a website notice.
