Terms on the left, meanings on the right, and a line to join each pair. A wrong line refuses to stick.
When to use it
Key terms in the first lesson of a new course, before the ideas that use them. A finance or compliance module for staff, where two terms are easy to confuse. A revision starter on the classroom screen, with learners taking turns to draw a line.

Why the example is built this way

Short meanings, eleven words at most.
Every pair sits on its own row and the cards are sized to fit the board, so a long definition comes out small. Keep each meaning to one short line.

The terms stay in teaching order.
With Keep the first column in order on, only the meanings are shuffled. The list reads as a lesson, and players search one column instead of two.

One pair that nearly overlaps, on purpose.
Include two meanings a learner has to read carefully to tell apart. A wrong line is refused on the spot, so the near miss is caught when it happens rather than at the end.
