How do the player sessions work?
A 'player session' occurs once a player interacts with your puzzle for the first time. This means that if a player reloads the puzzle or tries it a second time, it will not count as an extra player session. Only the first time counts, per puzzle.
Do I receive an invoice after payment?
Yes! Your account dashboard will contain the invoice of your payment and you can add your company details and VAT number there as well to connect them to the invoice.
Does the subscription automatically renew?
Can the non-profit subscriptions be purchased per month?
No. Since these subscriptions are meant for long-term usage (e.g. school years), and the subscriptions include a heavy discount, there is only the annual payment option.
Does a subscription allow me to track the results/completions of my puzzles?
Yes! Tracking your puzzle results/completions can be integrated easily and within your own desired privacy levels.

Can my puzzles be embedded after purchasing a subscription?
Yes! Embedding puzzles on your own website is very easy via the simple iframe method, which can be embedded anywhere.

How is the privacy maintained?
No data is being tracked by default. There is not even Google Analytics!
You can add tracking to your puzzles if you like, and that data is for your eyes only. You can select just the tracking fields you need. No reselling/reusing whatsoever.
The data is stored within a secure Firebase database in the US.
Can I use the puzzles commercially?
Yes! There are no copyright restrictions whatsoever on how you would like to use the puzzles. Print them, add them to books, or share them online! :-)
