A Friday afternoon or an observation warm-up, from a picture of your own classroom or school trip. A picture round at a quiz night or a party. A settling activity at the start of a lesson that needs everyone looking closely before you begin.

Why the example is built this way

A busy scene with space between things.
A single object on a plain background has room for about two changes. Whether you upload it or make it with the AI assistant, pick a picture with a dozen separate things, well spaced, and no people or lettering.

Three hints for strangers, none for a class.
Hints a player may use starts at none, which suits a lesson. For visitors with nobody to ask, three hints let someone who is stuck still reach the end.

Check every box before you share it.
The activity only finishes when every box is found, so a box on something that didn't really change leaves it unfinishable. Drag, resize or delete that box in the builder first.
