Already grading in Google Classroom? Connect it.
Puzzel LMS is for schools that want the whole lesson page in Puzzel. If your school already lives in Google Classroom, keep your class there: assign the activity in Classroom, and each student's score comes back to the gradebook on its own.
Google Classroom
Puzzel creates the activity as an assignment in one of your classes. Students open it from Classroom, play on Puzzel, and their score lands in the Classroom gradebook.
- Every teacher connects their own Google account, under Connected apps on the dashboard.
- Puzzel asks for two Classroom permissions: see your classes, and create assignments and their grades.
- Does your school manage its Google accounts? Then its IT admin approves Puzzel once in the Google Admin console, for everyone.
How the connection works
- Connect Google Classroom once Under Connected apps on your dashboard, or the first time you assign. The connection belongs to your account, not to one activity.
- Pick a class, the points and a due date Open an activity's menu and choose Assign with grades. It's worth 100 points unless you change that, and the due date is optional.
- Students sign in with Google and play The assignment opens the activity on Puzzel. Students sign in with their school Google account: no Puzzel account to make, no code to type.
- The score lands in the gradebook As soon as they finish. If they play again, their best score counts.

- Your results per activity and per student
Assign the same activity to more than one class: each gets its own assignment in Classroom, and you can stop syncing one without touching the others. Any activity with a score per student works; team and room play don't. Sending scores to a gradebook is part of a paid plan.
For your IT admin
Schools using Google Workspace for Education often allow a third-party app only once an admin has approved it — for teachers and students alike. The fastest route: press Request access on Google's screen, and the request lands with your admin.
For your admin, in the Google Admin console: Security → Access and data control → API controls → App access control → Configured apps → Configure new app, search for the client ID below, select Puzzel.org, choose the organisational units, and give it access to Google Sign-in plus the two Classroom scopes classroom.courses.readonly and classroom.coursework.students (or mark it trusted). One app covers both the students' sign-in and the teachers' grade sync.

Puzzel.org never asks for class rosters or other coursework. What it stores, and for how long, is in the privacy policy.

Puzzel LMS gives you the lesson page, the class list and the progress view, without any of this setup. Students tap their name: no accounts.
