Use it at an event Quiz

Which kind are you?

No right answers, just a result about the player. Every answer moves them along one scale, and where they land is their outcome.

When to use it

A team day, where everyone compares results over coffee. An event stand that needs something quick and personal to play. A newsletter or intranet post that invites people to find out which kind of colleague they are.

What makes it this

Built on the Quiz generator with these changed. Everything else is the default.

  1. What this quiz is for: Assessment

Nothing is right or wrong. Every answer carries points, and the total decides which outcome the player is shown.

How much of a planner are you?

Seven everyday moments at work. Pick the answer that sounds most like you — there are no right or wrong answers. Every answer moves you along one scale, from 0 (pure improviser) to 21 (planner through and through), and at the end you see where you landed.

7 questions

Why the example is built this way

  1. One scale, every answer on it.

An assessment adds points into one total, so it can only measure one thing: here, improviser to planner. Every answer sits somewhere on that same scale. An answer that measured something else would be added in too and blur the result.

  2. Each question covers the whole scale.

Every question has one answer at 0, 1, 2 and 3 points, in a different order each time. Any question can then move a player anywhere on the scale, and the planner answer is never in the same spot. Set 0 on purpose: an answer left alone counts as 1.

  3. Outcomes that describe, not grade.

The total and its range stay on screen, so say in the description what 0 and 21 mean. Write each outcome about the player, with neither end better than the other. Four ranges cover 0 to 21 with no gap and no overlap, so everyone gets exactly one.

Build it yourself
