Self-paced study deck
Two-sided cards with no clock and no auto-advance. They turn each one when they are ready.
When to use it
Revising terms before an exam or a certificate, one card at a time. A new starter learning the vocabulary of a team or a field in their first week. Study between course sessions, when people work alone and need to linger on the cards they find hard.
What makes it this
Built on the Flash cards generator with these changed. Everything else is the default.

Runs the per-card clock and shows its bar. With it off nothing turns a card over by itself — the player asks for the back when they are ready.

Off gives the player a button to call the next card instead, so they set their own pace.

Sixteen terms, one to a card. Read the front, say the meaning to yourself, then turn the card over to check. Nothing is timed and nothing moves on until you ask for the next card.

Why the example is built this way

Both clocks switched off.
The card timer isn't just a readout: when it runs out, the back comes up whether anyone has remembered or not. Turn off Time each card and Move through the deck by itself so the learner sets the pace.

One short sentence on the back.
The text shrinks to fit the card, so a paragraph ends up too small to read. Say the meaning in the fewest words that keep it true, and where two terms are close, make the difference the whole back.

Sixteen terms, in the order you'd teach them.
Group the cards by topic and leave the order unshuffled, so a second run through the deck goes over the same groups in the same order.
