Before you start
Is the Academy for academy schools?
No. The Academy plan is for companies and training providers. A school — an academy school in England included — takes the School plan, which has the same LMS.
What does a learner need?
An email address. They get a mail with a link to set their password, or sign in with Google or Microsoft on that same address if you switch those on. There is nothing to install.
What does it cost?
A monthly or a yearly price, with five trainers included and more when you need them. There is no price per learner: what counts is the player sessions, and course pages themselves are unlimited.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The login page, “My learning” and the course pages are web pages that work on a phone, a tablet or a laptop.
Can we bring the training material we already have?
Yes. A Word file, a PDF or a photo of a handout becomes course pages with the AI assistant, and you add the activities where you want to check it landed.
