Event bingo with prizes
The meeting is the caller. Three prized patterns, claims judged for you, and a draw when two people win at once.
When to use it
A company all-hands or quarterly update, where people listen for the phrases that always come up. A conference keynote or a long webinar with a few prizes to give away. An awards evening where the speeches do the calling and you tick the words off as they're said.
What makes it this
Built on the Bingo generator with these changed. Everything else is the default.
- Prizes per pattern
Adds a prize field to every winning pattern above.
In the builder: How it plays › Winning & prizes
- Draw lots between winners
When several players claim the same pattern, a draw picks one winner and the other claims are dropped — handy with one physical prize per pattern.

- I call the items myself
Puzzel stops drawing. You call the items with your own balls or cards and tick them off in the host console; players see no calls on their screen.

How a round runs
- 1 Open the host console from your dashboard, or with “Run the bingo” in the builder, and open registration.
- 2 Share the play link or its QR code. Players join with their name, so each prize goes to the right person.
- 3 Start the round. Every player is dealt a different card.
- 4 Open a pattern to play for. Its prize shows on every player's screen, and nobody can win until a pattern is open.
- 5 Nothing is drawn. Tick each phrase in the console as it is said. Claims are checked against your ticks, and a tie is settled by drawing lots.

Sixteen all-hands classics on your card. Nothing is announced here — listen to the meeting, and tap a square the moment you hear it said. Your host ticks off each phrase as it goes by, and that is what your bingo is checked against. Top line, then top and bottom, then the full house.

Why the example is built this way
-
Prizes you can actually hand over.
First pick of the pastries, a coffee voucher, lunch with the leadership: none of it is money. With Prizes per pattern on, each prize shows on the players' screens and when someone wins it.
-
Ask for a full name, not a first name.
In a company of any size, several people share a first name. Set What to ask when joining to Name, so the prize goes to the right person on the winners' list.
-
Claims are checked against your ticks.
With Judge claims for me on, a card that matches the phrases you've ticked is accepted at once. That leaves you two jobs: listening to the meeting and drawing lots when people tie.
Build it yourself
- 1 Open the Bingo builder and fill in the Items on the cards tab.
- 2 Change the settings under What makes it this. Each one says where it is in the builder.
- 3 Share the link with your players, or embed the activity in your own site.
Or skip the building: copy this example and swap in your own content.
More with the Bingo
Classroom bingo
You call, they play on their own screens, and every card is different. Three rounds to win: corners, a row, the full card.
Definition bingo
You read out the meaning and they find the word. No numbers on the squares, so the only way to play is to listen.
Find someone who…
Nobody calls anything. People mark their own squares as they meet each other, and can see how the room is doing.
